Martial Arts

Using kicks, punches, throws and joint-locking techniques, students will be taught an effective means of self-defense while gaining discipline, self-confidence and good health. Classes are progressive, recognizing achievement and skill levels.

Master’s Swim

This is a program for ages 18 and older. It does not matter whether you are a fitness swimmer, tri-athlete, or just beginning to increase your lap numbers!
