Heart of the Valley YMCA branches participated in Welcoming Week Sept. 14-23, 2018, and one very popular activity was an international potluck lunch! Members and Y Staff prepared foods from their native or adopted countries to share including coconut chickpea curry, beef borscht, lemony lentil soup, eggplant parmesan, baklava and more! The Hogan Family Y staff compiled a book of some of the favorite recipes, and you can download your own copy by clicking here!
