Heart of the Valley YMCA hosted 100 YMCA professionals for the 2019 YMCA Regional EMLE on April 4, 2019 at the Redstone Federal Credit Union Atrium. Co-hosts were YMCA of Greater Montgomery, YMCA of Greater Birmingham, YMCA of Selma-Dallas County and the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. EMLE is a professional development opportunity that celebrates and supports the Y’s next generation of multicultural leaders through networking and mentoring opportunities, educational presentations and resources that inspire staff to deepen their commitment to a career in the Y.
