Work out with a friend or a significant other! Certified Personal Trainers work with you using positive motivation to help you achieve specific fitness goals. A personal trainer assesses your current fitness level, discusses what you want to achieve, organizes smaller goals that are specific and realistic, and tracks your progress. Thirty minute session for two people. Please come to front desk to complete a form to pair you with a trainer.
