Certified Personal Trainers work with you using positive motivation to help you achieve specific fitness goals. A personal trainer assesses your current fitness level, discusses what you want to achieve, organizes smaller goals that are specific and realistic, and tracks your progress. Package of 10 1/2-hour sessions for one person. Please come to front desk to complete a form to pair you with a trainer.
