Motivate yourself and others when you work out with friends in a small group personal training session. Certified Personal Trainers work with your small group using positive motivation to help you achieve specific fitness goals. A personal trainer assesses current fitness levels, discusses what you want to achieve, organizes smaller goals that are specific and realistic, and tracks your progress. Small group training can be more cost effective with a group of 3 to 4 individuals. Thirty minute personal training session for up to four people. Please come to front desk to complete a form to pair you with a trainer.
