1-Hour Nutritional Counseling Session - Jan 1 and Dec 31 at Craig and Steven Hogan Family YMCA
Client will meet with a Registered Dietitian who will customize a diet plan based on their specific dietary needs and circumstances. Information can be provided on weight management, sports nutrition, celiac disease, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia and diabetes. One hour of nutritional counseling for one person. Those under 18 need permission from a parent.
