Homeschool P.E. (Mon OR Wed) Ages 5-11 - Dec 2 and Dec 18 at Craig and Steven Hogan Family YMCA

Homeschool P.E. is designed to meet the physical education needs of youth by focusing on building physical fitness and enhancing skills development with age appropriate activities, sports and games. The program utilizes the YMCA gym and pool and is designed to improve aerobic capacity, body composition, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. There must be a minimum of four children registered in order to hold class. Class meets one time per week. **No classes the week of Thanksgiving**

Program runs from December 2, 2019 to December 18, 2019 at Craig and Steven Hogan Family YMCA.
