Homeschool P.E. is designed to meet the physical education needs of youth by focusing on building physical fitness and enhancing skills development with age appropriate activities, sports and games. The program utilizes the YMCA gym and pool and is designed to improve aerobic capacity, body composition, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. This class meets two times per week. There must be a minimum of eight children registered in order to hold class. **No class the week of November 19-23 due to Thanksgiving Break**
Program runs from November 1, 2018 to November 29, 2018 at Southeast Family YMCA.
