Pack of 4 (1/2-Hour) Nutritional Counseling Sessions - Jan 1 and Dec 31 at Craig and Steven Hogan Family YMCA
Client will meet with a Registered Dietitian who will customize a diet plan based on their specific dietary needs and circumstances. Information can be provided on weight management, sports nutrition, celiac disease, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia and diabetes. Package of 4 half-hour sessions for one person. Members only. Those under 18 need permission from a parent.
