TRX Suspension Training (Monday/Wed 8:15a-9:15a) - Mar 1 and Mar 24 at Southeast Family YMCA

TRX is suspension training using your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core strength in a circuit setting. It is designed for men and women of all fitness levels! Meets twice per week for 1 hour. The maximum we can have is 6 for social distancing. Each participant will stay on their own TRX strap with their own equipment for sanitary reasons. Sign up today!
