Homeschool P.E. (Mon OR Wed) - Jan 6 and Jan 29 at Craig and Steven Hogan Family YMCA

Homeschool P.E. is designed to meet the physical education needs of youth by focusing on building physical fitness and enhancing skills development with age appropriate activities, sports and games. The program utilizes the YMCA gym and pool and is designed to improve aerobic capacity, body composition, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. There must be a minimum of four children registered in order to hold class. Class meets one time per week.

Program runs from January 6, 2020 to January 29, 2020 at Craig and Steven Hogan Family YMCA.
