Stroke Clinic February 2021 - Feb 2 and Feb 25 at Southeast Family YMCA
Open to all children 17 and under capable of passing the swim test. We will be working on swim team drills, stroke mechanics and overall fitness. Both dryland and water activities will be incorporated into the workouts. Registration will be limited to accommodate social distancing and safe practices.
