Youth Advanced (Ages 7-12) T/Th 6-7 pm - Apr 1 and Apr 29 at Craig and Steven Hogan Family YMCA
Participants will learn kicks, punches, throws and joint-locking techniques as an effective means of self-defense while gaining self-confidence and mental discipline. Character values of caring, respect, honesty and responsibility are cornerstones of this program. Classes are progressive and recognize achievement and skill levels. Must be green belt or higher.
