Youth Beginner (Ages 7-12) T/Th 5-6 pm - May 4 and May 27 at Craig and Steven Hogan Family YMCA
Participants will learn kicks, punches, throws and joint-locking techniques as an effective means of self-defense while gaining self-confidence and mental discipline. Character values of caring, respect, honesty and responsibility are cornerstones of this program. Classes are progressive and recognize achievement and skill levels.
